Today room 9 did drawing about a Christmas Among us character                I used a red colour sharpie and a black colour sharpie it took me probably 10 minutes or 5 minutes.

Today room 9 was making shapes with paper. The shapes we had was rectangular prism, square based pyramid,triangle based pyramid,cylinder, I made a Triangle based pyramid  rectangular prism, square based pyramid look down bottom.

Venia's and Brooke's Shapes maths

 Today me and Brooke done maths about shapes and also the class did the shapes maths as well but we done the faces of the shapes and the vertices of the shape and the edges of the shape.

Canvas art

                            Canvas Art

On Monday November 9th 2020 room 9 done canvas art. So first we had to draw our drawing we wanted to do on our canvas on a paper why so we can practice on paper before we go onto canvas and draw. Next i was thinking what i should do with my canvas and i just drawed my first names letter and my last names first letter and coloured my background yellow blue and orange.

One day a little boy was walking in the forest with his friends. So they made paper planes and then they wished they could be small. A few minutes later they looked at each other and they were saying that they were small and short. 

They looked at the planes and it was big and then they said that it came true cause they wished to be small and they became small.

And the little boy thought of something they could do with the paper plane and he told his friends that they should fly on the paper plane and his friends said yeah we should do it. So they grabbed their paper planes and went to the edge of the cliff.

Next they held on tight and  jumped and they said boohoo
this is fun. So they landed on the ground safely and then they turned back big and walked back home.

Room 9's split up day

Today room 9 had to get split up because Mrs faalili had to help the Tech people to video call there tech teacher. Next we all went to soccer in the hall when we were done with soccer we all went to our classes.

After we went to our classes i went in with Ava May and Jeremiah.When we went in we sat on the high chair table so we all sat done and we done some time tables for maths and rivet for reading and listening to reading story line online.

When we all finished our learning we were listening to reading. Then it was time to go to class so we went back to our class's.

                    The maths i done today

Baking with my class.

 

     Yesterday afternoon we baked something it was this desert. First we added in weetbix,flour,baking powder,sugar,coco,coconut. Next we added melted block butter and poured it in the bowl and mixed it and kneeded it with our hands. Next we put it in this tin and flatted it neat then we put it in the oven for 15 minute or 10 minutes.

Home learning art

                    Room 9 done some cool art it is called blind artist the whole class done there art on google drawing. This is how you we done it so Mrs Faalili had to tell us to go on google drawing then she said we can pick our favourite colour and put it as a background she told us to put arrows clouds and smiley faces.

After we put them in orders Mrs told us what colour we are meant  to put in the shapes The end this is how mine looks.

 

                                              

Lock down video call

   Tuesday 18 of August room 9 had to do a Lock down video call for our school work so in the Morning i woke up at 12:32 and got ready for the school call at 1:00. So when it was 1:00 i went on the school call.

When i got on the call we done some exercising games with my class. Next we played kahoot about sports and animals.

Bike Track Race

On Thursday 30th of July 2020 GTS opened a new bike track for only bikes. In the morning we had Assembly Campbell was there  too. Then the kapa haka people preformed a song for our school.

After assembly we went outside to the bike track and lined up in the corners. Then Campbell was racing with Maia Ryan and some other people in the middles it took a very long time.
